Ingredients:
Follow directions on packaged gourmet pizza crust with regard to pre-baking and baking temperature. If this is not provided, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover the crust with a layer of pizza sauce and season as desired. Sprinkle a light layer of Pizzarella on top of sauce layer. For prettiest presentation, place four slices of tomato symmetrically on top of the first cheese layer. Arrange spinach leaves in a crisscross pattern to complement to tomato placement. Lightly sprinkle with additional Pizzarella and top with light Italian seasoning.
Bake in pre-heated over per crust directions or until cheese and toppings are very lightly browned (about 12 minutes in most cases). Cool slightly, cut and enjoy with your favorite red wine.
Cut snack sticks into cubes. Crowd pleasers include Somerset Cheddar and Pizzarella sticks. Pair with sliced green apple and celery for a tasty mix of textures and flavors.
For a savory appetizer or an alternative to dessert try a tray of mixed cheese and whole nuts. Duchess pairs exceptionally well with whole walnuts and almonds for a very elegant presentation.
Wow your family or guests with this surprisingly easy and very delightful cheese pairing idea. Serve Mona with strawberries and chocolate for a unique, tasty, and beautiful dessert. Drizzle with chocolate, top with whipped cream, and even break out the sprinkles if the situation calls for it. Dark chocolate tends to be preferred for this serving suggestion, although milk chocolate can work, as well.
Choose our classic flavors to pair with your favorite homemade or meat market sausage. Somerset, Sheep Jack, and flavored Sheep Jack are crowd pleasers, but any of our cheeses pair well with crackers and sausage.
